8. Return & Exchange
Returns are not accepted.
Exchange is not available.

9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with TejGlam. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer support through email or phone.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
TejGlam reserves the right to contact the customer for order confirmation before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if the customer is unreachable or fails to confirm the order.
Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in the customer's COD facility being permanently blocked.
3. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4. Cancellation by TejGlam
TejGlam reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
Product out of stock
Pricing or technical errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Operational or logistical constraints
If payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be processed within 10–15 working days.
5. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order without a valid reason, TejGlam reserves the right to:
Cancel future orders.
Restrict or permanently disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for that customer.
Refuse future service in cases of repeated misuse.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled after:
The order has been packed.
The order has been shipped.
The order is out for delivery.
The order has been successfully delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage
TejGlam currently delivers products across India.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code and our courier partners.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, sales, or other peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, TejGlam may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes across India.
TejGlam reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or orders at its sole discretion.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect address,
Incorrect phone number,
Customer unavailable,
Refusal to accept the order,
the package may be returned to TejGlam.
Any reshipping charges, where applicable, may be borne by the customer.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Complete Delivery Address
PIN Code
TejGlam shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
9. Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the package if it is visibly opened or severely damaged.
Contact TejGlam immediately.
If you accept the package and later discover a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you must:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide a continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Submit clear photographs of the package and product.
Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video will not be accepted.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, courier operational issues, or any force majeure event are beyond TejGlam's control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
