1. No Return Policy

TejGlam follows a Strict No Return Policy.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Colour or design preference

  • Size preference

  • Slight colour variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings

Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

2. No Exchange Policy

TejGlam does not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.

The video must:

  • Start before the courier package is opened.

  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.

  • Record the complete unpacking process without any cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display the received product.

Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, refund, or damage claim will be accepted.

Photographs alone will not be considered sufficient evidence.

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A manufacturing defect, or

  • A wrong product,

you must notify TejGlam within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging

  • The mandatory unedited unboxing video

Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:

  • The order is cancelled by TejGlam before shipment.

  • The product becomes unavailable after successful payment.

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect product claim is verified and approved by TejGlam based on the submitted evidence, including the mandatory unboxing video.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Colour variations caused by screen settings or photography

  • Courier delays beyond our control

  • Claims submitted without the required unboxing video

  • Claims reported after the specified reporting period

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the customer provides valid bank account details.

7. Order Cancellation by TejGlam

TejGlam reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be processed according to this policy.
